Terms of Service

1. Services Overview
myKlekto.AI provides video production, web design, mini-program development, and customized digital systems. Specific project scopes, timelines, and deliverables will be based on the final Quotation/Invoice agreed upon by both parties.
2. Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required prior to project commencement. The remaining 50% balance must be cleared before final project delivery or website/system launch. All quotes are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are typically valid for 14 days.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for timely provision of all necessary materials (e.g., raw footage, high-res logos, copywriting) unless copywriting/shooting services are explicitly purchased. myKlekto.AI is not liable for project delays caused by the client's failure to provide materials on time.
4. Revisions & Modifications
Each standard package includes an agreed number of 'major revision rounds' (typically 1-2). Extra revisions, feature additions, or requirement changes outside the package scope will incur additional charges at an hourly rate or separate quotation.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns the rights to use the final deliverables (e.g., exported videos, website frontend/backend code). However, unless otherwise agreed in writing, myKlekto.AI retains ownership of all working source files (e.g., Premiere Pro projects, Figma designs) and is not obligated to release them.
6. Maintenance & Hosting
For web and system projects, we provide 30 days of free bug fixing after launch (excluding new feature development). Packages including servers and domains are free for the first year only. Clients must pay the Annual Renewal Fee before expiration in subsequent years, failing which we reserve the right to suspend hosting services.
7. Cancellation
If the client unilaterally cancels the project after commencement, the paid deposit will not be refunded to compensate for the time and resources already invested.
